We typically see appointments on Monday afternoons from 1pm to 5:30pm, Wednesday mornings from 9am - 11:30pm, Wednesday afternoons from 1pm - 5:30pm, and on Thursday mornings 9am - 11:30am.  If you make an appointment there is less chance that you will have to wait long, however true emergencies are unpredictable and are always seen first.
